Step One BP Wash 3% or CLINICAL FORMULA BPO Wash -AM&PM Use approximately a pea to a dime size, massage onto moist skin. Remove with water. Avoid eye area. OR BP Cleanser 3% or CLINICAL FORMULA BPO Cleanser (with beads)- AM&PM Alternate with wash daily Use a large pea to a dime size. Massage onto moist skin. Remove with water. Avoid eye area. (to alternate: use wash at pm and cleanser in am.) Eye Makeup Remover- Use small amount on cotton or wash cloth to cleanse eye area. Rinse. (Non Oily) Step Two Normalizing Tonic or Normalizing Tonic Forte- AM&PM Use dime to nickel size in palm of hand or on cotton pad. Apply to entire face and neck. Avoid eye area. Penetrates quickly- Do Not Reapply. Therapeutic Mask- AM or PM Apply a generous layer allover face. Avoid eye area. Leave on until completely dry. Rinse off. Vitamin Mask- AM or PM Apply a generous layer allover face (like icing on a cake). Avoid eye area. Allow skin to absorb completely. No rinsing needed. Step Three Derm A Gel, Exfol A or Exfol A Forte- AM&PM Use dime size in palm of hand. Apply to entire face. Avoid eye area. Penetrates quickly- Do Not reapply. Bleaching Lotion Forte- AM&PM Use approximately a pea to a dime size in palm of hand. Apply sparing to darkened areas or all over face. Avoid eye area. ( Do not use more than 6 months at a time.) Mandelic Acid Serum- AM&PM Use approximately dime size to affected areas. Wait 5 minutes. Will absorb quickly. Optional Step Four but very Beneficial Step Four Wink Eye Cream- AM&PM Apply to entire eye area sparingly. (if irritation persists, use once daily - 3 times a week until skin gets acclimated to the product. Lip Puffer- Apply liberally to lips. Use 3 times daily or as needed. Under lipstick or over lip liner. Step Five CLINICAL FORMULA BPO 5% or CLINICAL FORMULA BPO 10% or Vivant BP 10% - AM&PM Apply to entire face or on breakouts only before Day Treatment Lotion. Day Treatment Lotion SPF 15- AM Use approximately a pea to a dime size. Apply to entire face. Avoid eye area. Use Wink Eye Cream. Natural Sunblock SPF 30- AM Use dime size. Apply to palm of hand. Rub palms together to warm product. Apply to face, ears, and neck. Avoid eye area. Should be clear when applied. If not, warm product further. Specialty Products Anti- Acne Shampoo- Use dime to nickel size. Use more water to lather. Rinse completely. Hair Conditioner- Does not clog pores. Apply nickel to quarter size on ends.

Vivant Products For Sun Damaged, Discolored & Aging Skin Instruction Sheet Step One Cleansing Milk- AM & PM - Use approximately a pea to a dime size, massage onto moist skin. Remove with water. Avoid eye area. Cleansing Gel or Green Tea Cleanser- AM & PM - Alternate with buffing grains 3 to 4 times a week. Use a large pea to a dime size. Massage onto moist skin. Remove with water. (to alternate: use Cleansing Gel/ Green Tea Cleanser in am and Buffing Grains in pm.) ORBuffing Grains (with beads)- AM or PM- Alternate with Cleansing Gel/ Green Tea Cleanser 3 to 4 times a week. Use a large pea to a dime size. Massage onto moist skin (will foam). Remove with water. (to alternate: use Cleansing Gel/ Green Tea Cleanser in am and Buffing Grains in pm.) Dry Skin Care Instructions for Benev products. Step One: AM & PM - Pearl Cleanser - Squeeze a few drops into palm of hand. Work into lather and gently massage onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water. Step Two: AM OR PM- Salicylic Acid Exfoliator 2% - Apply a small amount to a cotton Gauze pad. Using a mild buffing action to exfoliate outer layer of dead skin cells. Rinse with tepid water and pat dry. ALTERNATING AM OR PM- Glycolic Exfoliating Gel 7.5% - Apply a small amount to a cotton Gauze pad. Using a mild buffing action to exfoliate outer layer of dead skin cells. Rinse with tepid water and pat dry. Step Three: AM & PM- Hyaluronic Moisturizer and Pure Squalene- Mix (2) drops of Hyaluronic Moisturizer and (3) drops of Pure Squalene in the palm of your hand. Apply mixture to entire face, avoiding contact with eyes. If skin is extremely oily, Pure Squalene may not be necessary. Step Four: In the AM ONLY Pure Titanium Dioxide- Add 2-3 drops to above mixture, other moisturizer or makeup; then apply to face. Additional Recommendations: *Lip Puffer- Apply liberally to lips. Use 3 times daily or as needed. Under lipstick or over lip liner. *Anti- Acne Shampoo- Use dime to nickel size. Use more water to lather. Rinse completely. *Hair Conditioner- Does not clog pores.
