Mandelic Acid Toner prepares the skin for Vivant's Vitamin A Skin Conditioners, Bleaching Lotions, Moisture Sealants and Sun Protectants.
Recommended Skin types: Normal, combination and oily skins with moderate to severe acne with pigmentation problems.

Ingredients: Purified Water, SD Alcohol40, Propylene Glycol, Witch Hazel, Mandelic Acid, Polysorbate 20.
