Nucelle 2 Mandelic Toner  with Mandelic Marine Complex®

A concentrated liquid that replenishes moisture. This product contains marine extracts to drench the skin with moisture and protect against environmental elements that dry the skin. An essential step in the skin conditioning program for all skin types. Contains 2% Mandelic Acid.

Use:
Apply every morning and evening in order to lift any residue from the skin post wash. Pump a small amount onto a cotton ball, or your fingers, and smooth over face and neck. Follow with 3 Mandelic Serum.
