Mandelic Acid 4% Toner is a clarifying tonic which dissolves dead skin cells and clears the skin of residual bacteria. It also can be used to cleanse and degrease at any time.
Directions: Apply a small amount onto a cotton pad and smooth over the face and neck. Recommend to be used in conjunction with a sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher.
